Legal basis

The training is related to the requirements of Ordinance No. 8121z-647 of 1 October 2014 on the rules and standards for fire safety during the operation of sites.

The course also takes into account the applicable requirements of Ordinance No. RD-07-2 of 16 December 2009 concerning periodic training and instruction on occupational health and safety.

The course provides practical knowledge for organising and maintaining fire safety in the workplace and for carrying out the duties assigned to fire safety officers.

Fire prevention responsibilities

Persons responsible for fire safety should understand the organisation of fire prevention activities, the applicable workplace rules and the measures required to reduce the risk of fire.

The training supports the practical performance of duties related to prevention, internal control and appropriate actions in the event of a fire or emergency.

How does the online training work?

The training is completed online through the ZBUT.BG platform. After enrolment and activation, participants receive access to the learning materials and the online assessment.

Participants can study the course materials remotely and complete the required assessment through their ZBUT.BG profile.

Online assessment

After studying the course materials, participants complete an online assessment designed to verify the knowledge acquired during the training.

Successful completion of the assessment is required before the training certificate is issued.

Certificate

After successful completion of the training and assessment, participants receive a certificate for completed Fire Safety Officer training.
