Legal basis
The training is related to the requirements of Bulgarian occupational health and safety legislation, including Ordinance No. RD-07-2 of 16 December 2009 on the conditions and procedure for conducting periodic training and instruction of employees on occupational health and safety rules.
The course supports the fulfilment of training requirements applicable to persons with responsibilities for health and safety at work.
